Today was such a good day! Homeschool went so well, and we made it really fun and interactive and he is learning so much and it is such a rewarding thing to be a part of. I have been feeling so thankful and amazed that I get to be a part of this school year with him and I know that I’m gonna be sad When we decide not to do homeschool anymore. Then we went to the university mall and played at the little kid area and played some arcade games and we saw Brinley and Tatum. Then we were hungry so we stopped at a pizza place that was really really good. Then we went to the Provo ice arena for ice-skating. The kids have been excited about this for a really long time. And boy did it live up to the hype! Everyone had so much fun, and it was amazing to see the kids having fun and being interested in learning and getting better and pushing themselves and growing and us just supporting along the way. So for example, Cooper was talking about how he has been excited for so long and then now that the day has come he’s feeling a little uneasy about it in the morning. And then by the time we got there to ice skate, he wasn’t scared at all and hopped right on and immediately had a smile on his face and then it wasn’t too long before he wanted to try it without a parent, just pushing the walker by himself. And then it wasn’t too long after that he wanted to try without the walker. And McKinley saw him doing that and wanted to as well, so she was pushing the walker by herself and learning how to steer and tried with no walker for a second there with dAllen and I was very impressed at their persistence and ability to jump right into something that can be so daunting for so many people. After that we came home and I went to Costco. the kids did dinner and watched elemental with Dallin and one of my favorite things right now is Cooper singing the song “rock scissors paper. You can see a video of that in one of the previous post I think. When he was watching the show, he fell off the chair because he likes to sit on the barstools and spin while he watches shows and he literally flew right off of it because he was spinning so much he hit the floor. He says I’m hurt. I’m hurt! Lol And then the other selfies of Cooper you can see in here were taken during homeschool when McKinley woke up and was calling for me to come get her from her bed so I left to go get her and he just started taking selfies apparently lol and I think they are hilarious
